RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Luminora, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, you may request a return within 30 days after your order has been delivered.

RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unused and in the same condition in which it was received.
• Include its original tags, accessories, and packaging.
• Include proof of purchase or the order number.

Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are not in suitable condition for resale may not be eligible for a return.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

To request a return, contact us at luminorahello@gmail.com and provide your order number and the reason for the return.

Do not send any item back before receiving return instructions from us.

Once we review your request, we will provide you with the appropriate instructions and return address.

RETURN SHIPPING COST

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, except when the item received is defective, arrived damaged, or we sent the wrong product.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your return has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from the item you ordered, contact us as soon as possible at luminorahello@gmail.com before returning the product.

We will review the situation and provide the appropriate instructions.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled within the first 15 minutes after purchase. After this period, the order may already be in the fulfillment process and cancellation may no longer be possible.

CHANGES

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you would like a different item, you may request an eligible return and place a new order.
